Fifth Day to Christ the King Novena Prayer
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
Merciful God, you are the source of peace and security. We pray for the safety of Christians in Nigeria, especially those who gather to worship you in churches and communities. Shield them from the hands of those who seek to cause harm, and may the light of your presence dispel the darkness of fear and intimidation.
Lord, we ask for strength and courage for the Christians in Nigeria who face persecution. Grant them unwavering faith and determination to continue expressing their love for you through worship, even in the midst of adversity. May their faith shine as a beacon of hope and resilience.
We pray for the hearts of those who engage in violence against Christians. Touch them with your transforming love, that they may turn away from hatred and embrace the path of peace. Open their eyes to the shared humanity that binds us all, regardless of religious differences.
Lord, we also lift up the leaders and authorities in Nigeria. Grant them wisdom and discernment to address the root causes of violence and to protect the rights and freedoms of all citizens, including the freedom to worship without fear. Amen.

Daily Prayer
O Lord our God, You alone are the Most Holy King and Ruler of all nations. We pray to You, Lord, in the great expectation of receiving from You, O Divine King, mercy, peace, justice and all good things.
Protect, O Lord our King, our families and the land of our birth Guard us we pray Most Faithful One. Protect us from our enemies and from Your Just Judgment Forgive us, O Sovereign King, our sins against you.
Jesus, You are a King of Mercy. We have deserved Your Just Judgment Have mercy on us, Lord, and forgive us. We trust in Your Great Mercy. O most awe-inspiring King, we bow before You and pray, May Your Reign, Your Kingdom, be recognized on earth. Amen.
